Couples Photos
Couple portraits can be done for a proposal, engagement, anniversary or to make date night extra special. It's so wonderful to be able to give couples photos they can cherish and look back on. If you’re interested in capturing this moment in time with the love of your life, book a session today.
Studio & On-location
I’m happy to offer couples their choice of photo session location: a studio shoot or an on-location session in the beautiful outdoors. For studio sessions I currently host couples at their choice of Vine Creative Space NW located in Lynden, WA or Fairhaven Parlour 305 in Bellingham, WA. There is no extra fee for studio sessions. Going outside I recommend sessions at Birch Bay State Park, Hovander Homestead Park and Fairhaven Park which is right by the Chuckanut Drive Scenic Byway. If both options sound fabulous couples can choose a double session and do both a studio and on-location for their photos.

Engagement photos and proposal photos are two different types of photo sessions, but they are often confused for one another.
Both are special but there is a key difference. I’ll keep it brief and cut to the chase so you can decide which type of portrait session is right for you and your partner.
The best way I capture couples in love, is by prompting them to just be themselves. I'll ask couples to hold hands, hug and kiss. How couples do this is up to them.
Sessions may take up to an hour long but I have been able to capture all the shots I aim for in as little as half an hour.
